An oil services company needed a solution to offer clients a better way to monetize their stranded natural gas.
Challenges
Silver Energy’s clients are oil and gas fields across North America. The company targeted one site in Alberta, Canada to install EZ SmartTanks, where temperature extremes were a foreseeable challenge.
Solutions
EZ Blockchain deployed two mobile data center solutions, EZ Tank 600 and EZ Tank 300. Both were equipped with frequency drive regulators to lower fan speed during the cold hours.
Conclusion
The company has decreased its operational costs and eliminated the problem of stranded gas, which otherwise needed to be vented or flared. Silver Energy has now partnered with EZ Blockchain to provide stranded gas solutions to its clients.
A new model has been defined that, once scaled, will future-proof and reshape the oil and gas industry.
