The project has numerous benefits for the local community and stakeholders. The use of grid power reduces the environmental impact of the data center, while also promoting sustainable energy practices. The expanded capacity of the data center will also stimulate economic growth in the local community. Lastly, the project will benefit the grid by providing a reliable and long-term source of demand for their energy products. The collaboration with local vendors also strengthens the relationship between EZ Blockchain and the local community, promoting future opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships.
EZ Blockchain has successfully completed the second phase of its data center project in Douglas, GA. The objective of the Coffee1 development project was to expand the site's capacity from 10MW to 16MW, in order to support the growing demand for green cryptocurrency mining.
The main challenge faced during the project was the need for a reliable and cost-effective power source to support the increased capacity. Additionally, the project had to be completed within a tight timeline and in compliance with all local regulations.
To overcome these challenges, EZ Blockchain worked closely with local power providers to develop a custom power solution for the data center, using grid power. In addition, the project team established a unique communication and collaboration with local vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of necessary equipment and services.
Thanks to the hard work and collaboration of the project team (on-site technicians and leaders and the deployment team), the Coffee1 development project was completed successfully within the required timeline and budget.
The expanded capacity of the data center will enable EZ Blockchain to meet the growing demand for green cryptocurrency mining, while also promoting sustainable energy practices.
